Chat transcripts: Up to 24 months for quality assurance.

Usage Data

Statistics: Up to 24 months to understand feature adoption.

Server logs: Up to 24 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting.

When retention periods expire, We securely delete or anonymize Personal Data through deletion from active systems, backup retention schedules, or anonymization for Indefinite research and analytics.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
